The poem

Between the heart and feather's call,
I hold the weight that binds it all.
Feeling stirs, yet truth stands near—
each calls the other to appear.
I do not judge, nor do I sway;
I listen to what both sides say.
In balance born of love and law,
I see the whole, and stand in awe.
